Full Job Description
Houston ENT andamp; Allergy Clinic is seeking an experienced bilingual Medical Front Office Specialist for our Kingwood location.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

· Professionally greeting patients arriving for appointments

· Scheduling appointments for the physicians

· Verifying all information from patient is correct in EMR

· Verifying insurance benefits

· Collecting copayments and coinsurance amounts

· Communication with central business office and clinical staff

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST

. Must be computer knowledgeable

· Applicant must be polished and present excellent communication skills

· Experience in working in a private practice setting is highly desirable

· Applicant must have the ability to multi-task and have working knowledge of insurance terminology and claims processes

· Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook)

· 3 year experience in medical front desk duties

Houston ENT andamp; Allergy Clinic is a 100 year-old Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery group practice serving the greater Houston area with 24 physicians and 12 clinical offices.
