The Signorelli Company, the award-winning developer of the Valley Ranch master-planned community, revealed today its vision for the 14-acre multi-purpose live event space, and officially named the area The Hill at Valley Ranch.
“We are thrilled the live event segment of our Valley Ranch Entertainment District project is moving to the next step,” said Danny Signorelli, President and CEO of The Signorelli Company. “Our team has been working hard to convert this space to an entertainment destination for the community and activities will be ramping up in 2021. Much like the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in the Woodlands, The Hill at Valley Ranch is expected to be the perfect destination for beer, wine, and food festivals, carnivals, cultural events, live music and entertainment servicing the Kingwood, Humble, Atasocita, New Caney, Porter, Crosby, Huffman, Cleveland and Shepherd areas as well as the rest of the Greater Houston Area.
The Signorelli Company also announced a partnership with musical group The Eagles manager and overall music industry tycoon Irving Azoff's Oak View Group Facilities, management company for facilities like Madison Square Garden and publisher of music industry sites like Pollstar and VenuesNow and a specialist in event booking and marketing throughout the U.S., to help attract live music events to the Hill at Valley Ranch.

The Valley Ranch Entertainment District is a premier destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. Comprised of miles of parks and trails, a movie theatre, several dining and shopping options, Valley Ranch has become the epicenter of Montgomery County.
“Our new The Hill at Valley Ranch will bring thousands of people into the region throughout the year to enjoy our restaurants, our shopping, and other attractions,” added Signorelli.
The Hill at Valley Ranch has been the host location for the annual Valley Ranch 4th Fest, an annual Independence Day Festival and Fireworks show.
