The medical district is a significant feature of the 1,400-acre Valley Ranch master-planned community which also includes an entertainment district, marketplace, on-site schools, the 8,500-seat Randall Red Stadium and the Valley Ranch Town Center in addition to over 2,000 single- and multi-family homes.
