The Retreat RV andamp; Camping Resort is excited to announce June 18th 2021 as it’s grand opening date. The event will be open to the public and more details are to follow.
When the Signorelli Company broke ground on the 40-acre property, which includes over 300 available lodging sites, the demand for a luxury destination in northeast Houston had been growing. Since then, interest has ramped up and reservations for Spring of 2021 have started. “We created a lot of buzz in the community,” said Terry Munoz, Vice President of the Recreational Division at The Signorelli Company, “and we are pleased to announce our first guests are visiting The Retreat this April.”

The Retreat is well located, just 45 minutes from downtown Houston, and shares of 3,500 feet of shoreline with Lake Houston. Aside from full hook up RV sites, guests can book luxury cottages built by Athens Park Models, that feature kitchenettes and full bathrooms. The Retreat will also feature Conestoga Covered Wagons (Pictured), with authentic dome canvas and room for a whole family. By partnering with Eco Structures of Australia, the Retreat will feature safari-style glamping tents. Phase 2 will include fully equipped Retro RVs available for booking.
“We wanted to create a unique outdoor experience, with no compromises, a true escape. From the seasoned campers to first-time glampers, we want each of them to create beautiful memories for years to come,” continued Munoz. “Our guests will have a variety of resort-style amenity options including: fitness center, a wine garden, outdoor pool, playground, jump pad, pet park, outdoor movie theater, pavilion, outdoor games and much more.“
